Ultimate Auto Works is an independent BMW specialist in the Scottsdale Airpark, family owned since 1992. Our customers trust us because we explain things plainly and never sell work a car does not need. The shop is busy, and we are looking for a Service Advisor who can be the voice of the shop.
What you will do
- Answer the phone and email, book appointments, and welcome customers when they drop off and pick up.
- Listen to what the customer is experiencing and pass clear notes to the technicians.
- Explain the technician’s findings in plain language, prepare estimates, and help customers decide what to do now and what can wait.
- Keep customers updated while their car is with us, so nobody has to call to ask.
- Keep the schedule, parts and paperwork moving so the technicians can focus on the cars.
What we are looking for
- Experience as a service advisor or writer at a repair shop or dealership, or strong customer service experience and a real interest in cars.
- Clear, friendly communication on the phone, by email and in person.
- Organized and calm when the shop is busy.
- Comfortable with shop management software, email and a computer.
- Honest. You would rather lose a sale than sell work a car does not need.
- BMW knowledge is a plus.

- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with weekends off.
