Messages you send us
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, the BMW you tell us about and your message. We use them only to answer you and to look after your car. The message is emailed to our shop inbox, and a copy is kept on our web server so nothing gets lost. We do not store your IP address with it, and we never sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Spam protection
Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a message comes from a person and not an automated program. To do that, Turnstile collects information about your browser and device. Cloudflare’s use of that information is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how people find us, so we can improve the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, your approximate location and the type of device you use. It does not give us your name or contact details. You can read how Google uses this information or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Maps
Maps on this site load from Google only when you click to show them. Google’s privacy policy applies to the map once it loads.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date it was last updated.
